Louisa Garcia is the Operations Manager for the Health Yeah! initiative, leveraging her extensive experience and passion for community health with over 25 years in the non-profit sector dedicated to enhancing the well-being of children and families. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and a Master of Business Administration focused on Project Management. Her professional journey includes significant roles in community support within the San Diego Unified School District and at the YMCA of Central New Mexico, where she developed and managed child care programming. As the Girl Experience Director for the Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails, Louisa oversaw a variety of programming initiatives, including the Highest Awards, Global and Travel programs, and the Every Girl Initiative.

Beyond her career, she is a devoted single mother to her two wonderful children, Sebastian and Evangeline, and shares her home with her beloved dog, Winston. She is excited to be a part of the Health Yeah! team.
