Olivia Mora-Lett, PhD, MSW

Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

Dr. Mora-Lett is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with two decades of experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University and NYU School of Social Work, teaching graduate-level courses. Her approach is rooted in cultural humility, client-centered collaboration, and a strength-based, holistic perspective.

Throughout her career, Dr. Mora-Lett has focused on community mental health and integrated care, supporting LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, immigrant, geriatric, and survivor communities. Her clinical expertise includes trauma, gender-based violence, grief, anxiety, and depression.

She holds an MSW from Arizona State University and a PhD from Smith College. Born in Mexico, she is fluent in both English and Spanish, and is fully licensed to practice in New York, Arizona and New Mexico.
